1.1. This Fair Use Policy establishes guidelines for the acceptable and responsible use of the Platform and its resources. It is designed to ensure a fair, safe, and productive environment for all Users.
1.2. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all Users, including Buyers, Sellers, and visitors.
2.1. Users are expected to use the Platform in good faith, with integrity, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Platform policies.
2.2. The Platform's resources, including bandwidth, storage, processing power, AI features, and support services, are shared among all Users. Any individual User's usage must not unreasonably impair the experience or availability of the Platform for other Users.
3.1. Product Listings. Sellers must provide truthful, accurate, and non-misleading descriptions of their Products. Listings must clearly convey what the Buyer will receive, including any limitations, dependencies, or requirements.
3.2. Pricing. Sellers must set prices that accurately reflect the value of their Products. Deceptive pricing practices, including bait-and-switch tactics, artificial price inflation before discounts, or hidden fees, are prohibited.
3.3. Reviews and Ratings. Users must provide honest reviews and ratings based on their genuine experience with a Product. The following are prohibited:

4.1. AI features (including content generation, translation, description writing, image generation, and search) are provided as tools to assist Users. They are not intended to replace human judgment and oversight.

4.3. Usage Limits. AI features may be subject to daily, monthly, or per-request usage limits. Attempting to circumvent these limits through automation, multiple accounts, or other means is prohibited.
4.4. Third-Party Terms. AI features utilize third-party APIs. Users must comply with the applicable terms of the AI service providers in addition to this Policy.
5.1. All Content uploaded or created on the Platform must comply with the Prohibited Content rules set forth in the Terms of Service.
5.2. Intellectual Property. Users must have appropriate rights or licenses for all Content they upload, sell, or distribute. This includes source code, images, fonts, audio, video, text, and any other intellectual property embedded in their Products.
5.3. Licensed Components. If a Product incorporates third-party components (open-source libraries, stock images, etc.), the Seller must ensure compliance with all applicable licenses and clearly disclose the use of such components.
5.4. Original Work. Selling repackaged, reskinned, or minimally modified copies of others' work as your own is prohibited.
6.1. API Access. If the Platform provides API access, it must be used in accordance with documented rate limits and usage policies. Excessive API calls, scraping, or automated access that burdens the Platform's infrastructure is prohibited.
